– 30 ml of gin;
– 60 ml of tonic water;
– 5 frozen Baum Fruit raspberries;
– 4 basil leaves;
In a long glass, place the basil leaves, raspberries, ice and gin. Add tonic water gently to avoid losing gas and serve!
ORANGE JUICE WITH MANGO, LINSEED AND GINGER
– 1 pct of Baum Fruit mango;
– Juice of 5 oranges;
– 2 tablespoons of flaxseed;
– 3 slices of ginger.
To prepare this just beat all the ingredients in the blender.
RED FRUIT CAIPIRINHA
– 2 pcts Baum Fruit frozen red fruits;
– 1 tablespoon of sugar;
– 100 ml of Prosecco;
Put the berries and sugar in a glass, and then mash the fruit well with a tamper to extract as much juice as possible. Then, just put crushed ice and complete with Prosecco. Stir carefully and serve in the decorated cup of your choice.
– 1 pct of Baum Fruit guava;
– 100 ml cachaça;
– 2 lemons (1 broth / 1 squeezed);
– 2 tablespoon of sugar;
In a blender, blend guava, 50 ml of cachaça, 1 lemon (only the broth) and 1 spoon of sugar. Then, in the cup where the caipirinha will be served, mash 1 lemon, 1 spoon of sugar and add 1 dose of cachaça (50 ml) the way it is made in the original caipirinha. Shake well! Then add more ice and the beaten mixture made with the guava and do not stir it anymore so that the content is biphasic (green at the base and red at the top).
– 4 pcts Baum Fruit pineapple;
– 200 ml of vodka;
– 3 spoons full of sugar;
In a large container place the pineapple, sugar and “mash”. Add ice cubes and vodka. Stir well and serve in a jar. This is a drink that is worth enjoying. If you want to add a special touch, add mint leaves.
