Mango and Banana Vitamin

Ingredients
2 glasses of skim milk
1 chopped banana
1 packet of frozen mango Baum Fruit
1 glass of orange juice
1 spoon of sunflower seed
sugar to taste

Preparation mode
Beat all ingredients in a blender and serve chilled.

Raspberry and orange smoothie

Ingredients
1 unit of whole yogurt
1 packet of frozen raspberry Baum Fruit
1 tablespoon (oat soup)
Juice of 2 oranges
sugar to taste

Preparation mode
Beat all ingredients in a blender and serve chilled.
Tip – add some mint leaves if you want to make it more refreshing.
